What's a Free Case Evaluation?
A free case evaluation is a quick call with our Client Intake Specialist. You will explain what the problem is and what you’d like to see as the solution. You will answer a few questions, so we have enough information to submit a Free Case Evaluation to one of our attorneys. It’s a great way to get started on resolving your legal issue and finding the help you need.
What's a Discovery Call?
Usually, the next step after your Free Case Evaluation is to schedule a Discovery Call. This is a free 15-minute call from our Client Services Coordinator to confirm the facts briefly and discuss our process. We will ask you more follow-up questions to determine if we are a good fit for each other, and you’ll determine if you would like to proceed.
How does the Legal Consultation work?
The next step is a 60-minute appointment with an attorney at our office or via video, depending upon your preference. At this stage, you will 1) discuss your needs at length, 2) educate us about your goals, and 3) learn about your options for how we can help to solve your problems/help you to reach those goals. You can provide us documents at this point, and you will leave with a typical timeline in terms of next steps. This is a great opportunity to get a sense of the lawyer’s experience and approach to your case, and to determine if we are the right fit for you.
